Scope of Work: The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; preparatory work, securing the work area for public safety, and site cleanup daily, clearing and grubbing, traffic control; water pollution control program; earthwork and pavement and landscape grading; cold planning of asphalt pavement; placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) overlay, concrete curb, curb ramps, and sidewalk; lowering and adjustment of utility covers to finish grade; removal & replacement of traffic striping and pavement markings; installation of roadside signs; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in the Project Manual and all other work as specified in these Special Conditions, Technical Provisions.
