The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; traffic control plan development; water pollution control program; cold planing; placement of hot mix asphalt materials; pruning and removing tree roots; lowering and adjusting utility covers to finish grade; removal and replacement of traffic striping and pavement markings; installation of shoulder backing; removal and replacement of loop detectors; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in these Special Provisions.

The work to be done consists of, in general, the installation of fiber optic communications cable in conduit, pull boxes, fiber optic splicing, along Monument Boulevard, modifications of traffic signals including reflective traffic signal borders and battery backup system upgrades, and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.

The scope of work is generally for constructing curb ramps and installing rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFBs) at two intersections on Bailey Road in the City of Concord. Work shall include traffic control, pedestrian detours, staging of the work, water pollution control program, clearing and grubbing, curb and gutter, sidewalk, storm drain improvements, asphalt concrete removal, hot mix asphalt, pavement marking removal and installation; and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, the Special Provisions and as directed by the Engineer.

The work to be performed under this Contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required to replace sewer laterals and construct spot repairs on sewer mains. Work includes but is not limited to mobilization and demobilization, traffic control, locating/potholing, protecting existing utilities, preliminary cleaning and TV video as needed, excavating, dewatering as needed, demolition, bursting existing pipe, installing new pipe and making all associated connections, raise and lower manhole to grade, backfilling and compacting access pits/trenches, installation of temporary steel plates, temporary pavement and/or sidewalk patch, replace clean-out per City Standard Detail S-37, and all other work as specified in these Special Provisions and as directed by the Project Manager in the field.

The project consists of the re-construction of the dual pipe system routing from the existing Wing C basement point of connection to the existing air handling reconnection point inside the Council Chambers attic space. Part of the work also includes excavation for new trench pathways from the existing basement to the existing Council Chambers via the existing moat separating the two buildings. Work will include placement of the dual pipe system through the existing moat secured in place and covered with a concrete cover and waterproofing coating system. The work will also include reconstruction of the concrete pilaster base supporting wood timber benches along the edge of the water feature (bench replacement under separate contract), construction of a wood screen to cover dual pipes on the exterior of the Council Chambers. The work will consist of: site mobilization (including temporary fencing), saw-cutting and concrete removal of existing concrete walkways, removal of existing underground pipes and other associated equipment, replacement of all flashings and sheet metal elements damaged or removed during the course of the work, painting of new installed wood members and exposed pipes, re-installation of equipment connections, and piping. This work includes all preparation, coordination of detailed phasing requirements, materials and accessories, clean up, and conformance to existing conditions necessary for a complete and functional installed exterior walkway, moat, bench supports, and HVAC systems, and all other work as specified in these Special Provisions and shown in the Drawings.

The project consists of the partial demolition of existing office, roof, and foundation conditions for a portion of the existing building, installation of new roofing over the newly constructed roof deck, re-coating of the existing metal roof for the remaining portion of the building, construction of interior office improvements, construction of new foundation and slab, structural walls, application of exterior finishes, windows, and doors, new interior finishes, including flooring, painting, new doors and windows, new ceiling systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work associated with the improved area. Work also includes a portion of the parking lot to incorporate accessibility improvements, installation of new flashings, gutters, downspouts, and trims, painting and sealing as noted on the drawings. This work includes all preparation, materials and accessories, clean up, and conformance to existing conditions necessary for a complete and functional installed new office improvements and all other work as specified in these Special Provisions, Technical Sections, and as shown on the Plans.

The work includes the replacement and installation of the emergency back-up generator and associated automatic transfer switch.

The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; traffic control; water pollution control program; crack sealing; type II slurry seal with black rock; digouts; reconstructing concrete sidewalk, curb, gutter, curb ramps, valley gutter and catch basins; pruning and removing tree roots; lowering and adjusting utility covers to finish grade; removal & replacement of traffic striping and pavement markings; installation of roadside signs and tuff curbs; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in these Special Provisions.
