Scope of Work: The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; preparatory work, securing the work area for public safety, and daily site cleanup, clearing and grubbing, traffic control; water pollution control program; cold planing of asphalt pavement; placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) inlay; installation of shoulder backing from AC grinding; constructing AC base failure repairs and HMA plugs; lowering and raising of utility covers to finish grade; removal & replacement of traffic striping and pavement markings; and all other work shown on the Plans and specified in the Project Specifications.

Scope of Work: The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; preparatory work, securing the work area for public safety, and site cleanup daily, clearing and grubbing, traffic control; water pollution control program; earthwork and pavement and landscape grading; cold planning of asphalt pavement; placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) overlay, concrete curb, curb ramps, and sidewalk; lowering and adjustment of utility covers to finish grade; removal & replacement of traffic striping and pavement markings; installation of roadside signs; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in the Project Manual and all other work as specified in these Special Conditions, Technical Provisions.

Scope of Work. The project’s primary purpose is to reconstruct a portion of the parking lot solar array that was damaged by a vehicle. The work includes but is not limited to site mobilization, remove and repair of solar array pier foundation concrete and anchor bolts, disassembly and reassembly of solar array frame and panels, reinstallation of electrical system to reconnect solar PV including but not limited to conduit, conductor, and equipment, test and verify full and complete operation of electrical and PV system, attending meetings, providing required submittals and schedules, and coordinating with City’s Recreation Department.

The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; preparatory work, securing the work area for public safety, and site cleanup daily, clearing and grubbing, traffic control; water pollution control program; earthwork and pavement and landscape grading; cold planning of asphalt pavement; placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) overlay; storm drain trenching and shoring, removal & placement of pipe and structures, concrete curb, curb ramps, and sidewalk; pruning and removal of tree roots; lowering and adjustment of utility covers to finish grade; removal & replacement of traffic striping and pavement markings; installation of trash capture devices; installation of roadside signs; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in the Project Manual and all other work as specified in these Special Conditions, Technical Provisions, and as shown on the Plans.

The scope of work is generally for pothole and base repair work (to be done at night) along Detroit Avenue between Monument Boulevard and Shary Circle in the City of Concord. Work shall include temporary traffic control, changeable message signs, coordination with businesses on driveway access, staging of the work, water pollution control program, asphalt removal, hot mix asphalt placement, compaction, testing, and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, the Special Provisions and as directed by the Engineer.

The scope of work is generally for constructing curb ramps and improving crossing at two intersections at Cardinal Drive and Falcon Drive on Floyd Lane in the City of Concord. Works shall include traffic control, pedestrian detours, staging of work, water pollution control program, clearing and grubbing, curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt concrete removal, hot mix asphalt, pavement marking removal and installation, delineators, and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, the Special Provisions and as directed by the Engineer.

The work to be done in general consists of the complete trim replacement of the existing Willow Pass Recreation Center located at the Willow Pass Community Park in Concord, CA. The work will consist of: site mobilization and general conditions (including but not limited to temporary fencing, etc.), removal of the existing wood trim and downspouts, inspection of existing substrate once exposed, repair and if necessary replacement of portions of the existing substrate, underlayment, and/or waterproofing membrane to receive new wood trim and/or sheet metal flashings, installation of new wood trim, downspouts, and painting and sealing of new trim systems. This work includes all preparation, materials and accessories, clean up, demobilization, conformance to existing conditions necessary for complete and functional installed new trim systems, and all other work as specified in these Special Provisions and Technical Sections.
