The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; traffic control; water pollution control program; clearing, grubbing, trimming and root pruning; tree removal; constructing and removing and replacing concrete sidewalk, curb, gutter, valley gutter and curb ramps; cold planning of asphalt roadway; placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) materials; lowering and adjusting utility covers to finish grade; removal of traffic striping and removal and replacement of curb paint; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in these Special Provisions.

The work to be completed by the awarded contractor in general consists of mobilization, traffic control, water pollution control, demolition, bird nesting survey, tree removal, potholing of existing utilities, street pavement rehabilitation by cold in-place recycling method, asphalt concrete grind and overlay, placing and compacting hot mixed asphalt and rubberized hot mixed asphalts, remove and replace concrete curb and gutter, remove and replace concrete sidewalk, upgrade concrete ADA ramp construction, utility cover adjustments, traffic striping, pavement markings and markers, landscaping, irrigation, and all other work as shown on the Plans and as specified in these Special Provisions.

The scope of work generally consists of mobilization, traffic control, storm water pollution control, bypass pumping of sanitary sewer flows, open trench replacement of sanitary sewer mains, Pipe bursting of sanitary sewer mains, Cured In Place Pipe, sanitary sewer lateral disconnection and reconnection, manhole rehabilitation, concrete curb and gutter, concrete flatwork, pavement rehabilitation, utility cover adjustment to grade, traffic striping and markings, and all other work as specified in these Special Provisions and shown in the Drawings.

General Description: The scope of work generally includes constructing curb ramps at various locations within the Zone 3N area of the City of Concord. Work shall include traffic control, pedestrian detours, staging of the work, temporary water pollution control, clearing and grubbing, protection of existing water valves, adjustments to existing irrigation; removal of existing curb, gutter, sidewalk, valley gutter, asphalt concrete; installation of new concrete, curb, gutter, ramps, sidewalks, hot mix asphalt plugs, pavement marking installation, installation or relocation of signs; replacement of sidewalk monument and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, the Special Provisions and as directed by the Engineer.

General Description: The work to be done in general consists of mobilization, traffic control, storm water pollution control, clearing and grubbing, tree trimming, asphalt concrete grinding/removal, asphalt concrete installation, rubberized AC installation, asphalt dig out repairs, utility cover lowering and restoring to grade, survey monument adjustments, concrete curb ramp and sidewalk improvements at select locations, pedestrian pushbutton relocations, traffic striping and markings, and all other work as specified in these Special Provisions and shown in the Drawings. The City may also accept add alternative work items listed in the bid schedule, which includes improvements at 1650 Monument Boulevard, including sidewalk realignment, storm drain pipe and manhole installation, and private property relocations as shown in the Drawings.

General Description: The work to be done in general consists of mobilization, traffic control, storm water pollution control, street pavement rehabilitation, pavement milling, cold-in-place recycling, placement of conventional and rubberized hot mix asphalt concrete, ADA ramp construction, traffic striping and markings, installation of High Intensity Activated Traffic Crosswalk (HAWK) Signal and Solar Powered Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) and all other work as shown on the Plans and as specified in these Special Provisions.

General Description: The work to be done in general consists of mobilization, traffic control, storm water pollution control program, digouts, asphalt grinding/removal, ADA ramp construction, RRFB installation,lower and adjust utility covers to finish grade, striping and pavement markings, and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in these Special Provisions.

The scope of work is generally for construction of new sidewalk, curb ramps and driveways to enhance pedestrian connectivity to and from the Downtown Concord PDA that provides access to the BART station, Priority Development Area (PDA), bus stops, schools and parks. The work shall include traffic control, staging of the work, erosion and sediment controls, storm water pollution control, clearing and grubbing, demolition and off-haul of existing improvements, curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, asphalt pavement, concrete walkways and driveway conform, asphalt concrete sawcut and removal, traffic signal modification, pavement striping and marking removal and installation, replacement of existing improvements, and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, the Special Provisions and as directed by the Engineer.
