Public Projects

Scope of Work: The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; traffic control; public convenience; installation of construction fencing; storm water pollution and erosion control; selective demolition and disposal, clearing and grubbing, new windows, doors, metal siding and roof, replace damaged structural steel, shoring, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, painting; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in the Project Manual and all other work as specified in these Special Conditions, Technical Provisions, and as shown on the Plans.

The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; preparatory work, securing the work area for public safety, and site cleanup daily, clearing and grubbing, traffic control; water pollution control program; concrete curb, curb ramps, and sidewalk; pruning and removal of tree roots; lowering and adjustment of utility covers to finish grade; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in the Project Manual and all other work as specified in these Special Conditions, Technical Provisions, and as shown on the Plans.

The project consists of partial demolition of existing structures and construction of a new, one-story office building approximately 3000 square feet in size. The work includes but is not limited to mobilization, stormwater pollution protection, sheeting, shoring and bracing, sewer and stormwater connections, hazardous materials abatement, new fire barrier wall construction, fire sprinkler demolition, earthwork, concrete, framing, insulation, siding, roofing, doors, windows, hardware, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, low voltage IT and access control, fiber optic, solar photovoltaic and battery storage system, sitework, landscape, fencing, and asphalt slurry seal.

Scope of Work: The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; preparatory work, securing the work area for public safety, and site cleanup daily, traffic control; water pollution control program; localized excavation and subgrade preparation for pavement repairs and digouts; cold planing of asphalt pavement; placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA); mill and fill pavement rehabilitation (replacing residential street slurry seal); concrete curb, curb ramps, and sidewalk; pruning and removal of tree roots; lowering and adjustment of utility covers to finish grade; removal & replacement of traffic striping and pavement markings; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in the Project Manual and all other work as specified in these Special Conditions, Technical Provisions, and as shown on the Plans.

Scope of Work: The project’s primary purpose is to install waterproof coatings at the Civic Center Fountain. The work includes site mobilization, install reinforced concrete encasement around existing HVAC pipes, preparation of existing fountain surface to receive new coatings, installation of coatings to fully waterproof the fountain floor and inner walls, and cleanup, attending weekly meetings, providing required submittals and schedules, and coordinating with other projects ongoing at Civic Center.

Scope of Work: The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; preparatory work, securing the work area for public safety, and site cleanup daily, traffic control; water pollution control program; monuments preservation; cold planning of asphalt pavement; profile grind; placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) overlay; Digout repairs; concrete curb and sidewalk replacement; lowering and adjustment of utility covers to finish grade; removal & replacement of traffic striping and pavement markings; removing traffic loop detections; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in the Project Manual and all other work as specified in these Special Conditions, Technical Provisions, and as shown on the Plans.

Scope of Work: The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; traffic control; public convenience; installation of construction fencing; storm water pollution and erosion control; clearing and grubbing, tree trimming, tree and root protection; protection of existing improvements; removal and installation of existing signs; removal of benches; dredging of approximately 4,500 cubic yards of material from the upper pond and 5,500 cubic yards of material from the lower pond including filtering, drying and spreading of dredged material; landscape improvements with new temporary irrigation; miscellaneous storm drain improvements; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in the Project Manual and all other work as specified in these Special Conditions, Technical Provisions, and as shown on the Plans.

Scope of Work. The project’s primary purpose is to refurbish two (2) elevators located at the City of Concord’s Parking Garage. The work includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of cab panels, floor, dome, doors, sills, lighting, handrails, control interface (buttons) and panels, and floor finishes. Additive alternates for the replacement of 1st floor landing doors and frames and selective landing sills and lower fascia may also be included.

Scope of Work: The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; preparatory work, securing the work area for public safety, and site cleanup daily, traffic control; water pollution control program; localized excavation and subgrade preparation for pavement repairs and digouts; cold planing of asphalt pavement; placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA); residential street slurry seal; concrete curb, curb ramps, and sidewalk; pruning and removal of tree roots; lowering and adjustment of utility covers to finish grade; removal & replacement of traffic striping and pavement markings; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in the Project Manual and all other work as specified in these Special Conditions, Technical Provisions, and as shown on the Plans.

The project’s primary purpose is to reconstruct a portion of the parking lot solar array that was damaged by a vehicle. The work includes but is not limited to site mobilization, remove and repair of solar array pier foundation concrete and anchor bolts, disassembly and reassembly of solar array frame and panels, reinstallation of electrical system to reconnect solar PV including but not limited to conduit, conductor, and equipment, test and verify full and complete operation of electrical and PV system, attending meetings, providing required submittals and schedules, and coordinating with City’s Recreation Department.
