Parking Garage Elevator Refurbishment Project (PJ2763)
Scope of Work. The project’s primary purpose is to refurbish two (2) elevators located at the City of Concord’s Parking Garage. The work includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of cab panels, floor, dome, doors, sills, lighting, handrails, control interface (buttons) and panels, and floor finishes. Additive alternates for the replacement of 1st floor landing doors and frames and selective landing sills and lower fascia may also be included.

Bidders’ Conference. A bidders’ conference will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., at the following location: 2255 Salvio Street, Concord to acquaint all prospective bidders with the Contract Documents and the Worksite. The bidders’ conference is mandatory. A bidder who fails to attend a mandatory bidders’ conference may be disqualified from bidding.
