The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; traffic control; water pollution control program; clearing, grubbing and root pruning; cold planning of asphalt roadway; placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) materials; crack sealing; lowering and adjusting utility covers to finish grade; removal and replacement of traffic striping; removal and replacement of roadside signs; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in these Special Provisions.
