General Description: The work to be done in general consists of mobilization, traffic control, storm water pollution control program, digouts, asphalt grinding/removal, ADA ramp construction, RRFB installation,lower and adjust utility covers to finish grade, striping and pavement markings, and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in these Special Provisions.
