Willow Pass Road Signal Upgrade Project, Project No. 2538

The work to be done consists of, in general, the installation of fiber optic communications cable in conduit, pull boxes, fiber optic splicing, fiber optic tie in at the Civic Center including network equipment, modifications of traffic signals including cabinet installations, controller upgrades, Audible Pedestrian Signals (APS), countdown pedestrian heads, and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.
