Hillcrest Park Regional Green Infrastructure Project, City Project No. 2512

The work to be done in general consists of mobilization, traffic control, dewatering, temporary water diversion, clearing and grubbing, tree removal and trimming, demolition and removal, storm water pump stations, wet well structures, diversion structures, junction chambers, storm water trash capture units, underground storm water detention system, bioretention basins, storm drain pipes, storm drain manholes, drainage inlets, curbs, curb and gutter, curb ramps, valley gutters, sidewalks, paving, signing, striping and markings, storm water pumps, controls and valves, planting, irrigation system , electrical system and lighting, and all other work asspecified in these Special Provisions and shown in the Drawings. The estimated construction cost for the project is approximately $2.85 million.
